We introduce an outline of each step that have been systematized.
Pre Process is to remove rust and all kind of toxic substance on the surface at the hot rolled coil from Mill by chemical or mechanical method.
This process is to do sizing of steel diameter and improve the mechanical property through the Cold drawning.
Remake the metallographic structure and become soft at the Steel to easy to cold drawn.
This process is straighten the steel by twisting and cut the steel according to customer's request of the length.
Centerless grinding process is the removing the outer layer, keeping the nallow tolerance and arranging the surface roughness.
Cold drawn bar is processed in wire drawing, straightening, cutting and polishing by the continuous line called "Combined machine" from hot rolled coil.
After the inspection step, the finished goods is packed and ship to customers.
